I am so sad to be saying goodbye the Stampin' Up! Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper on January 4th 2023 so I made 3 Birthday cards in a recent video using the paper as well as some Use it Up Framed Florets Dies Box bits from previous projects. For this card which was the first I made in the Video. I created the background using strips of scrap Designer Series Paper. The sentiment from the Framed Florets Stamp Set is stamped on the Use It Up Framed Florets Die Oval. The Flower is hand cut from the Designer Series Paper. The White Use It Up frame complimented the element perfectly. I finished card with a few Iridescent Rhinestones.
