Instructions

1. Cut Balmy Blue cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and fold in half to form cardbase.
2. Cut Night of Navy cardstock 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
3. Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4". Adhere to Night of Navy piece using Snail.
4. Stamp image using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White cardstock
5. Colour using Night of Navy, Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake and Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends.
6. Punch out using Starburst Punch.
7. Punch out 2 1/4" circle from Night of Navy cardstock using 2 1/4" Circle Punch.
8. Adhere stamped image to Night of Navy circle using Snail.
9. Cut 1/2" x 4 1/8" strip of Night of Navy cardstock. Adhere to Designer Series Paper using Snail.
10. Cut a 5 1/2" piece of ribbon. Adhere to back to Night of Navy strip using Snail
11. Adhere circle using Dimensionals.
12. Adhere to card base using Snail.
13. Add 2 small Pearls to wheels of buggy
14. Colour buggy top and ruffle and heart using Wink of Stella.
