Banners: Die-cut designer paper or cardstock with Stylish Shapes Dies; adhere numbers. On die-cut platform temporarily position banners as you want them to appear on the card; die-cut the top with the 'string' die from Birthday Celebrations
Gold Foil Images: Die-cut with Birthday Celebration Dies (string and two tassels) and Wanted To Say Dies ('Celebrate' and two stars). Assemble per photo... done!
