Check out this cool creation! What is it, you ask? It's a cover to go over your boring square tissue box. What a way to dress up a room or to gift tissues to a sick friend or family member. It's very easy to make:
Measure the length, width and height of your tissue box (they're not all the same!)
Add 1/4" to the width and the height and cut 4 panels.
Score along the 1/4" extra bits. These will be your tabs. Fold the tabs in.
Cut a panel for the length/width of the top (usually a square).
Die cut out a shape at the top so the tissues can be pulle through. I've used an oval, a rectangle, a hexagon. Whatever shape you've got.
THEN, assemble:
Put the 4 panels together by adhering the tab of one to the flat edge of the next.
You should have 4 tabs at the top which will adhere under the lid that has the hole in it.
Decorate and slide over your tissue box.
