TUTORIAL - Measurements and Instructions
Card Base: 5-1/2" x 5-1/2"; score and fold at 2-3/4" [Basic White Thick CS]
Optional: Emboss card front with favorite embossing folder [Distressed Tile 3D EF]

Choose two circle layering dies 2-3" in diameter and 1/4-1/2" apart in size.
Open card base and die-cut with smaller circle die, centered on fold line, also right-to-left [Stylish Shapes Dies]

With separate scrap of cardstock, place smaller die centered inside larger die to cut a frame; adhere to card front only, on outside of circle

Decorate as desired [Easter Lilies Stamps & Dies]
