Patterned Paper [stripes]: 4" x 2-3/4" x 4, cut with next smaller Countryside Corners Die 
Baker's Twine: Wrap 30" around card twice, tie into bow
Cupcakes: Premade from Wildflower Birthday Speciatly DSP; adhere over twine with Stampin' Dimensionals
Sentiment: Premade from Greetings For All; glue centered on cupcakes
