Card Base: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", score & fold on long side at 4-1/4"
Patterned Paper: 4-1/4" x 2-1/2"
Scallop Edging: Die-cut (2) 4-1/2" x 1/2" strips of Gold Foil with Round We Go Dies. Adhere behind designer paper, attach to card front and trim ends.
Sentiment: Stamp with Versamark Ink, sprinkle with Gold Embossing Powder and melt with Heat Tool on High (2).
Cake Circle:  Die-cut Wildflower Birthday Designer Paper with Stylish Shapes circle die; adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals 
Embellish: Wrap card with Gold Twisted Thread and tie into bow
