Fall Creativate retreat

This is the first time I've attended a retreat. I can't tell you how fun it was for me! I loved all the demos; all were a reasonable length of time, and there weren't so many that I felt overwhelmed. Fastastic!

Fun way to learn. Everything tech worked and kept me focused . All presenters were comfortable sharing/teaching their portions of the retreat. Was able to "make along with" because tutorials were available prior to beginning the event and I could precut materials and follow along as well as add notes onto the print out. I have been doing every Creativate (I think this is my ninth) fire some time. This was among the best!! I’ll be holed up in my stamp room all day tomorrow after church. Winter Retreat

I had such a fun time with Jackie and her team. I loved the cards and found some interesting techniques to try in the next couple of weeks. I am definitely going to try quilting with paper since I do not sew. I appreciated the downloads beforehand so I could follow along and the access to the videos since I had to look at the folding process for the corner fun fold. Thanks for a great time.

WINTER RETREAT 2023

I have not attended all the retreats, but of those I have this was the most fun. There were a few uh-oh moments, but each demonstrator brushed it off and went on to fix it. I learned a lot of tips and love the tutorials to try. I look forward to Jackie's Fun Fold classes with husband Dave each month and am building my 'shoe box' with samples.
