Card Base: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", score and fold on long side at 4-1/4" [Thick Basic White CS] 
Background: 6" x 1"; with All Zipped Up die, cut one each of six coordinating colors. Adhere to card front; trim ends. [Colors shown from top: Poppy Parade, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Azure Afternoon, Blueberry Bushel]
Stamping: Stamp sentiment [black ink] and images [coordinating inks] with All Zipped Up stamps. Trim sentiment on Paper Trimmer and adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals. Cut images with coordinating All Zipped Up dies and adhere as accents... some with adhesive and some with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Embellish: Add several Rhinestones... done!
